No, it is not. Cocoflo is a full, fleshed out platform with myriad features only one of which is processing payments.

Is Cocoflo an ERP?

Same as bread is a sandwich. Our platform is not just a one-sided management service, but a two-sided platform to expedite communication and processes between citizens and city staff.

Our goal is providing the best user experience for both sides.

So this is a Saas, then?

Yes and no. Cocoflo is much more than that. And does not work by subscription. Payment is requested by commission instead. Yes, that means if no one uses the platform, you won't pay a dime!

Is this like an app?

Well, yes, sort of... It's like multiple apps in one. You can combine as many portals as you need and they'll all be integrated into your app or website.
